ROSEVILLE

Designed by Team 2 Architects, GPM completed this internal renovation to the rear of this Roseville home in February 2014. As the tenants occupied the property during construction, GPM worked closely with the client to ensure minimal disruption affected their everyday activities. The Project involved the installation of structural steel to provide open plan living, a complete refurbishment to the en-suite, bathroom, kitchen and laundry and the supply and installation of European Oak timber floorboards throughout. A tight construction period of 4.5 months was achieved through close liaison with the Client, Team 2 Design and GPM Constructions.
