GPM completed this major renovation within the 12 month construction period.
The renovation included the partial removal of the existing roof and roof structure for the installation of an additional concrete level ,the reconfiguration of the existing two levels and the extension of two rear balconies. The external finishes were a mix of cement render, timber clad, slate roofing and vertical slate cladding, black anodised aluminium windows, frameless glass balustrading, and tiled balconies. The internal finishes were complete with 220mm wide oak flooring, polished concrete flooring, custom mild steel balustrades, decorative wall paper, white set walls and custom joinery throughout.
