Designed by Josh Mulders Architects, GPM retained the front federation style façade and bedrooms and opened up the rear to an open living contemporary home.

Working closely with the Client and Architect the construction had to comply with strict Basix and acoustic regulations . Some features of the build include a new heated concrete swimming pool, custom joinery, engineered floor boards, a green wall and custom Landscaping.
