Bulkara Road, Bellevue Hill

This was a 2 stage construction. Stage 1 was a rear extension and major landscape/swimming pool reconfiguration including custom French provincial style joinery and Stage 2 involved deep excavation, 9m long contiguous piling, the installation of a new double garage with a custom remote garage door and a vertical lift complete with Sandstone cladding to match the surrounding sandstone walls. Designed by Michael Folk Architects the construction period was under 10 months.
