Fairlight
This older federation style home was refurbished in 2010 to create additional living space. The existing kitchen and lounge room was demolished to make way for a new kitchen, living room, lounge room and study. During construction, the owner resided in the existing section of the property and special care had to be taken to protect the remaining part of the house.

GPM transformed this single story house to a modern two story home complete with engineered floorboards, motorized blinds and new joinery throughout.
