Pasta Pantry - MLC Building

Working under the strict regulations of MLC Management, GPM completed this internal make over within the tight construction program of just 15 days. The Construction consisted of the plumbing and installation of new cooking equipment and fridges, the supply and Installation of Custom Joinery with extensive Stainless Steel work, the rewiring of new lighting and the supply and Install of detailed timber work.

Pasta Pantry Bellevue Hill

The Pasta Pantry Bellevue Hill Branch was in need of a complete makeover to coincide with their alternate Sydney Stores. GPM completed the construction a head of the 15 day construction period enabling the store to trade a day earlier. The Construction consisted of the supply and Install of new vinyl flooring, a wallpapered ceiling, new stone and Stainless Steel bench-tops, custom Joinery and frame-less glass entry doors.

Northbridge Masonic Centre

GPM revamped the Masonic Centre through a detailed internal fit out consisting of the supply and Install of new custom Joinery to the Kitchen and Bar area, structural reconfiguration for the installation of a disable vertical lift, the complete renovation of the restrooms and the supply and Installation of new frameless glass balustrade to the newly carpeted staircase. GPM worked seamlessly with Kylie Mills Architects and the Private certifier during construction to ensure that once complete the building adhered to the relevant fire, safety and disable access codes as per Australian Standards and the BCA. 

Plaza Upgrade, Short St Manly

GPM Constructions carried out the Short St plaza upgrade works by partially demolishing the concrete car park portal frame, removing the old pavers and reinstating with new pavers along with new and improved street furniture. The works was carried out under the watchful eye of the public in the centre of Manly business district and at all times had to maintain the pedestrian access through the plaza and to the surrounding businesses.

Pasta Pantry Rose Bay

Working closely with Pasta Pantry management and Chee Lam from Design interiors GPM completely transformed the Rosebay Branch into a cool upmarket eatery. The store was demolished internally and refit in under three week deadline to minimize loss of trade for the store.

Pasta Pantry City Westfield Mall

Under strict construction regulations and working times, GPM worked with Westfield management to transform this once retail outlet into a fully equipped kitchen and eatery in the four weeks leading up to Christmas. With most work having to be completed after hours due to noise restrictions, GPM still managed to have the store open prior to practical completion and fully functioning for the Boxing day sales.

Pasta Pantry Woollahra

Architecturally designed refurbishment of the fresh food franchise Pasta Pantry in Woollahra. Under a tight construction program to minimise the stores closure dates GPM completed the project a head of the two week construction period. GPM are currently working with Pasta Pantry on the refurbishment of their stores across Sydney.

Office Refurbishment

This project involved the refurbishment of 420 square meters of office space in Sydney CBD. GPM Constructions worked closely with client and designer to achieve a modern free flowing and ergonomically friendly office.

KU Kindergarten East Killara

As a preferred contractor for KU Kindergartens, GPM Constructions was contracted to erect a timber disabled access ramp at KU Kindergarten East Killara. Drawing on our timber wharf construction experience GPM was able to deliver a superior project for our client.

Balmain shipyard amenities

This project consisted of the demolition and refurbishment of existing staff amenities. This included a new commercial kitchen, bathroom and locker rooms to accommodate 100+ staff.

Manly wharf

Maintenance & refurbishment

Repairs and maintenance of existing hydraulic passenger ramps.  Works consisted of major structural hinge replacement, welding repairs and application of non-slip surface coatings.  These ramps are an integral part of Sydney Ferries operations and accommodate up to 250,000 passenger movements every day.

Circular Quay Wharf 3

Construction of new wharf modular amenities buildings and refurbishment of revenue offices.  Works were scheduled in both night and day shifts with emphasis on safe passenger egress and Sydney Ferries vessel movements.

Ticket box


GPM recently completed for Ferries a prototype gate box located at circular quay. The gate box is the first of a planned roll out of new styled gate boxes from the traditional old box shape. The unit was structurally fabricated in our workshop and transported out on site where it was positioned and finished as night works as per Ferries work requirements.
